Not too much change to your supplement programme at this stage. Special emphasis should be made towards eliminating saturated fats & simple sugars, processed foods & refined food sources. Monitoring body fat levels is very important. Increase levels of quality protein - this should be consumed consistently throughout the day with scheduled meal/snack times.

Prohormone/Tribulus combinations

At this stage I may suggest a product containing Tribulus. Studies have shown Tribulus compounds to increase testosterone levels, improve recovery time, improve strength and training intensity. I would recommend this be taken at stated dose for a duration of 4-6 weeks. Red 8 Tribulus Plus
