Eliminate this supplement now from your programme. I do not believe at this stage that Creatine continues to prove very beneficial. Another reason for eliminating Creatine now is the issue of extra fluid retention while levels of creatine remain high in the body. While the muscle may hold extra fluid while on Creatine (intra-muscular hydration), so too does the skin (extra-muscular fluids)

which detracts from that "thin skinned, defined, ripped" look. So give your self plenty of time to work through such potential obstacles.

HMB Stack

Re-introduce this product into your programme at the recommended or stated dose. I suggest putting this back in for I believe any product that has shown muscle sparing & recovery benefits as this particular product has shown is well worth taking, particularly at a time when many are feeling very fatigued & many athletes risk going into a state of  "catabolism" (muscle breakdown).

Vanadyl

Start taking this product now & continue through to the very end. Vanadyl has been shown to have "insulin like properties" therefore having the potential to improve lean mass & further aid in reduction of body fat levels in resistance training athletes. Many individuals have reported a decrease in their "want for sugars" once on Vanadyl. Athletes have also noticed a much more "pumped up" & "hardened look" to their muscle when taking Vanadyl.
