Thermogenic Metabolic Enhances

Includes products with Citrus Aurantium, Guarana, Pyruvate, Garcinia Cambogia. Increases metabolic rate. Converts carbohydrates into energy. Stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, which increases sluggish metabolisms. Converts stored fat into energy. (Thermotone / Diet Combo Plus).

Protein

Just Whey protein increases muscle. Balances insulin/glucagon axis. Whey protein has the highest biological value out of all protein sources. Protein is essential with an exercise program. In a resting state increased muscle tissue burns more calories than fat tissue. (Trim is a high protein meal replacement with fat metabolisers and fibre).

Chromium Picolinate

Stabalizes the release of insulin, which helps control hunger cravings. Increases metabolic rate. Ideal to use when weightloss goals are acheived. Chromium and insulin work together to optimize the building of new muscle tissue. Best taken in morning and midday.

Glutamine

Speeds up muscle recovery times. Protects muscles against catabolism often associated with dieting and low carbohydrate diets. Studies show people exercising on low carbohydrate diets may have a negative effect on protein synthesis and the immune system. Hence the reason to supplement on calorie restrictive diets.

Diet Max

Caffiene free, stimulant free. Converts Carbohydrates to energy. Mobilises fat, helps digestion and liver function.

L-Carnitine Plus

Assists fat transportation from the adipose cell into the mitochondria where it is burned as ATP. Increases energy. Best taken 30 minutes before exercise.

Water

Drink at 2 litres of mineral/distilled water per day. This increases flushing and helps stop the body from being retentive.

Week 4 Take a break from the thermogenic formula, for 1 week substitute l-carnitine pre-workout or pre-breakfast or lunch.
Week 5 Thermogenic Formula 3 days on, 2 days off.
