Troubleshooting

Symptom:	The I-Food Program does not display properly on my web browser.
Cause:	Your web browser is too old or not compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Fix:	Click here to install Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 SP1 or download the latest Internet Explorer free from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp

Symptom:	The Print Page is blank
Cause:	This usually happens when your web browser pops up the print dialog before the page has been drawn. This can happen on old or non Microsoft browsers.
Fix:	Close the print dialog that pops up, and the page should display. Now you are able to print the page.
